Dynamic Tape Improved Performance on a Hop-Based Balance Test in People With Chronic Ankle Instability
Many people recover from an ankle sprain, become pain-free, and return to training without major problems. For others, the ankle never feels entirely the same. It may feel unstable, give way during rapid movements, or become difficult to control during landing and changes of direction. When these problems persist after one or more ankle sprains, the condition may be described as chronic ankle instability.
