People living with multiple sclerosis (MS) often face substantial barriers to participating in exercise and rehabilitation, including fatigue, mobility limitations, balance impairments, cognitive challenges, and environmental constraints. Although web-based exercise programs have the potential to improve access, most commercially available platforms are designed for the general population and fail to accommodate the complex and heterogeneous needs of people with MS. This study demonstrates how a patient-centered co-innovation framework can be used to develop a tailored, evidence-aligned web-based exercise program and provides an initial evaluation of its safety, feasibility, and preliminary mobility outcomes.
